Signal Keepers

Observers, friends, and possible accomplices

Signal Keepers are independent listeners who document transmissions associated with Ren. They share frequencies, preserve damaged files, and refuse formal leadership.

The archive cannot confirm whether Ren recruited them or whether the network formed spontaneously around her broadcasts.

Each Keeper uses a hand-drawn star mark. No two marks are identical, but scanners classify them as the same symbol.
